  1. I had excimer laser surgery for astigmatism 3 years ago, but the astigmatism has come back. Since my cornea is very thin, the doctor said a second surgery is absolutely not possible, as it could turn into keratoconus.

  2. My family doctor prescribed omega-3 for me and it is very effective overall. Tried PRN fish oil for several years and the effect (if any) is not worth the price. I have severe dry eye. I find Meibo flow and Tyrvana nostril spray very effective. Forget about PRN.

  3. This video is incredibly helpful and so well-explained. Really appreciate you sharing these advanced home treatments!

For years, I battled with severe dry eyes, experiencing constant grittiness and stinging that made it difficult to even read or work on a computer. It was truly debilitating. After trying so many different things with little success, I finally committed to a consistent routine involving some of the holistic and home-based approaches you touched upon – especially focusing on environmental changes and consistent eyelid hygiene. The biggest breakthrough for me was when my daily eye drop usage went from needing them every hour to just a couple of times a day, and the constant discomfort became a rare occurrence. It felt like getting my life back.

This personal journey of finding relief and the daily practices that made such a profound difference are actually the core of what compelled me to start documenting my own path here on YouTube.

  4. Thank you Dr for this info. My eye doc doesn't tell me anything. I've been doing red light therapy at the Dr office every 4 months. I'm glad to know there's an electric eye mask! Thank you!

  5. Estrogen and testosterone treatment after menopause got rid of my 10 year horrible blefaritis and dry eye like magic. My eye doctor could not believe the effects on my eye.

  6. Love the lipid based Refresh. Initially started with lipid based Blink, which was good. Used many other drops over the years, but the lipid based was a game changer.

  7. Please check your grammar. Use "an" in front of the word starting with a vowel. Use"are" in front of a plural noun. I find it difficult to listen to you, because of your poor grammar.

  8. OMG stop talking with your hands!! How annoying, I can't even watch this video because of that. Thumbs down or I should say "hands down" Minus ten! Good riddance.
