  1. If y'all want to build muscle mass, y'all shouldn't do home workout. I've been doing home workout since 2021. Didn't stepped inside a gym once, never used an equipment, and no creatine. Result? Mid athletic physique. So go to the gym and don't rely on home workouts

  2. Tip for people with no equipment:If you want to make your movements harder,you can just put on a backpack with some heavy books for example and boom it's already harder.I Hope this helps 😄
