And based off the charges I’m assuming they will all be waived. They say trespassing but her co worker was in the process of loading the truck so she couldn’t go anywhere. She had a reason to be there originally because she works for Pepsi and was on her route. I imagine judge says “I’m throwing out the trespass violation and because there was no arrest-able offense I am also going to throw out the resistance without violence charge seeing as there was no legal basis for the arrest anyway” if they really wanted a charge to stick they should’ve charged her with “disturbing the peace” along with the other two charges so then they’d throw out the trespassing but the resisting and disturbing the peace charge would’ve both stuck.
Life is so difficult for some folks.
