Tony Jeffries you are good teacher. God bless you.
You are good teacher.
Almost droo mi phone into a big whole under mi garden while putting phone to teach how to fight like my boxing idol😅
God bless you man ❤
They should have nicknamed him BamBam. (Re; the flinstones).
The slip bag taught him to slip punches and counter
The last thing I'm going to say is this:
The constant upper body movement takes a tremendous toll on the body, specifically the lower back.
There's a reason why Patterson and Torres peaked at young ages and were worn out by the time they were in their thirties. Patterson's back was killing him in his rematch with Ali. Mike Tyson had back issues in his thirties as well.
Jose Torres won the light heavyweight championship at age 28, but he lost it at age 30.
Patterson was 21 when he won the vacant heavyweight title. He was 24 when he lost it to Johannson, 25 when he regained it in the rematch, and was 27 when he lost the title for good to Liston.
Also, the number system that the style uses is all kinds of strange. I'd imagine that it's so other trainers/fighters can't catch on, but for instance: A left jab in the Peekaboo style is a "7".
You go into any boxing gym in the country and a left jab is going to be a "1".
A "1-2" in the Peekaboo is a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the head. Most fighters don't even learn the right hook until later in their career.
"How to fight like Mike Tyson"
DON'T.
There are only a handful of trainers in the world who can teach the Peekaboo properly. Teddy Atlas and Kevin Rooney didn't really pass it on to many trainers.
And if you're not short, it's not a good style.
