  1. Guys i found a even better way this way increased my push ups in 3 days before it was 16 after it was 20 so whats your max reps for example 20 to 10-14 reps 10 sets theoughout the day every single day

  4. ok i get the hate in the comments about zero times zero and stuff but if u can’t do at least 5 maxing out then ur just bad and unfit so why are u even commenting i am 14 and could used to max out at 5 i don’t have anywhere to go to the gym so all I do is push-ups i can do WAY MORE and also do some variants of what this guy showef
