If I remember this case right, they ordered the pizza with EBT cause it's a none hot prepared food, the store asked if they wanted it cooked I supposed they agreed to it and they had to pay the extra dollar for the cooking cost that EBT didn't cover cause of course it's know prepared food
They need some clothes that fit.
They clearly needed that pizza to survive ya'll, look, they starve'n out hur.

Three oversized toddlers. No non defective adult leaves their place looking like that (seriously, wearing a leotard as a t-shirt because you can't snap the crotch is 🤢), then they act like little kids. If I was their lawyer, I'd seriously try to push for mental incompetence. And Spit, it's not sales tax. EBT covers a cold pizza, you take it home and heat it up there. EBT by law can not cover restaurants, and that includes take out. Even if it's a roller heater hot dog that has been there for at least 12 hours. The $1 is a reheating fee. That's why you can buy a Coke from the cooler with EBT but not a fountain drink. These three are literally too lazy or stupid to read the pamphlet they got when they signed up for food stamps. Hated having to explain that to people when I worked in quickie mart in college.

So only way it’d remotely mattered was if they were tourists from out of US ( which they clearly aren’t)

The worst part is these 3 will most likely learn nothing from this experience. They will continue to behave this way and blame anyone but themselves when facing the inevitable consequences.
I know this one, the $1 is because EBT or food stamps cannot be used to buy hot meals in certain states, so, what places do to get around this is they sell you a Frozen one, in this case a $12 pizza and then charge you a dollar to heat it up. These three are pissy because they have to pay an actual Dollar from their own money and not EBT money.

It wasn't a sales tax issue, Spitty. They paid for the frozen pizza ($12) with EBT, but EBT can't be used to purchase hot food, so the store charged them $1 cash to heat up the pizza.

Saw a comment in the original video saying that the 1$ is not tax, its re-heating fee.
Whether they know about it beforehand or not, the only correct answer is just cough up the 1$, leave with the pizza and never come back.
Now I'm gonna be honest, in Vietnam all products price has tax included in them, so the three seem reasonable at least a little bit in the beginning until they start yelling.
