BS!! 😂 I was eating terrible. When I first started my health journey back in 2010. I didn't know what I was doing, so I walked 4 miles every day and went to the gym twice a week and lost 100 pounds in 5 months. So what are you talking about? i didn't eat healthy until 2 years later when someone told how I should be eating. That's 2 years. I was eating terrible. And lost weight. I started eating healthy for other health reasons. Like Blood Pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.

I just did this workout for the first time. 3 set of each. this is the hardest I’ve worked out in a long time. This is gonna be my workout from now on.
So if I’m working out 5 days per week and I have a lot of fat to lose, should I do the circuits 2-3 times per week and then do heavy lifting the other 2-3 times per week or should I just concentrate on circuits all week? Right now I do a heavy lifting split with a short core circuit 4 days per week and then I do cardio and and ab workout on the fifth day. I take a long brisk walk on my off days and I’m working up my endurance to be able to jog then run. The scale is barely budging right now, even with serious diet tracking though so I think I need to change things.

Just have sex every time you're not in the gym. Boom. Extra calories burned.
Actually lifting weights burns a ton of calories! do it as a circuit semi cardio workout. Intervals! Do enough weights to give you resistance but not kills your joints. depends on skills. but after a set go workout another body part, you can do all upper body workouts as a circuit. it's not for looks, but effective for losing weight and gaining and maintaining strength, dont forget to stretch! Cardio is awesome, punching bug works wonders! throw kicks in! make it a full body workout! don't go for muscle fatigue and over doing stuff!

Do this circuit.You need a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells.
30 seconds dumbbell burpee x renegade row
30 seconds kettlebell swings
30 seconds plyo pushups (do on knees or wall if ur a beginner)
30 seconds jump lunges (add weight if advanced)
30 seconds cross body mountain climbers
30 seconds plank press ups (do on knees if ur a beginner)
1 minute rest
Repeat until close to muscle failure.

I train all my muscles groups and flip tires plus hammer. Also sled carries. I also lift my 452 pound sister on my back and walk up and down The hallway. 😂

Why not just do cardio after weights sessions?? Ultimately as long as the required amount of calories are burnt i don't see the point of changing to superset workouts?
