Paul. I'm 55 and have been taking trt for almost a year. I don't want to take trt anymore. What can I do where my body will produce testosterone. My body before was at level of 260 before trt now it's at 700. If I stop taking trt I don't want my levels to drop but I'm afraid it would. Help me

Oddly enough, somehow in my program, my traps, lower near my spine, seem to get sore easy, and …. Before back days … maybe it’s my shoulder days that’s straining them …? Hmm
