Watching this video the day after I just went to my Crunch Fitness to cancel, I don't know about the different policies by state and if 1 year has changed anything, but all I had to do was pay the next month's $26. In her case, $100 does seem kinda crazy, but if she knew better, she could have just called her credit card company or bank and tell them the situation and have them hold off the payments.

  2. Gym owners need to STOP this BS. Just cancel the membership, they make it so difficult, it's ridiculous. Someone in authority needs to investigate billing abuses by gyms. My god, this has been going on for more than 30 years.

  3. All she had to do is comeback the next day. Speak with the the manager abd move on with your life. That's what i did canceling my gym membership. We both agreed and we worked it out. Paid some amount and nothing more. This lady couldn't just wait.
