  1. My blood results have shown my vitamin D levels are 191 nmol/L (76.4 ng/mL).

I have been taking 4000iUs of D3, then upped to 8000iUs, for a good 9 months.

I have taken 100mcg of K2 and magnesium citrate (200-400mg).

These have all been the Solgar range. My GP has said that my D levels are in the toxic range. I have consumed mixed nuts or good fats whilst taking these. My serum calcium is 2.28 mmol/L.

I live in the UK and am 60 yrs of age.

I have not had any respiratory illnesses over the Winter months.

  2. So, the optimal level of vitamin D in the blood is 150nmol/L = 60ng/mL like African herders have? But in the other video it's 74.4+ ng/ml with 118.9 average and range 74.4-384.8 to fight diseases well… A bit confused.

  3. I beg to differ. People are not that stupid as their doctors deem them to be. We understand micrograms and we know that denomination of International Units is a scam egineered to scare the feeble minded from supplementing themselves with D3 in order to remedy their deficiency.

  4. THUMBS WAY DOWN. WHY are you 2 wasting what little time you have left in your lives making a 1 hour and 7 minute video on something that could have been covered in 3 minutes? Get TF over yourselves. You have 200 years of living between you both, the clock is ticking.

  5. One other thing that has confused me about units is the declaration by the herbalist that a ten percent herbal solution is 1gram of an herb in 100ml of water. They don’t take into account the additional volume taken up by the herb.

  6. It is very clear why they don’t want us to know our vitamin D levels and it’s also very clear why they don’t wish to educate and bring awareness. It’s very simple they need sick people there is to much money to be made therefore we have to be our own doctors and educate ourselves and keep up with knowledge over or bodies and it’s not doctors place to refuse a test, write a complaint and ask for explanation. We have to stand our grounds, it’s appalling what’s going on in healthcare it’s criminal and they are getting away with it.

  7. Had me until the old guy started talking about evolution as if was true . In 2016 a meeting was held in london by scientists who have come to the conclusion evolution is impossible from a scientific viewpoint and needs to be replaced with something else . All who signed the inviting email were blackballed from prestigious scientific organizations . See Dr.James tour for details

  8. Another great talk, l have just been asked by my GP if l supplement with Vit D (l do 5000) as l should now stop due to my blood test reading of 142 nmol/L , needless to say after these talks l will carry on with supplementation. any comments will be gratefully welcome.

  9. I've been watching John since covid. Our industry is lying. We are deficient is many spectrum fat soluble vitamins. First! Vitamin D is NOT a vitamin. Its a hormone. Try something like Vitamin A,E,D,K all together. Get back to lard, tallow, butter and heavy cream. Funny how I gave a patient 10,000 vitamin A and their D went from 8 to 45!

  10. Being an older person, I have dry skin. Dry skin inhibits the production of vitamin D, from what I have read. When I went to a skin doctor he just told me to put Vaseline on my skin. No mention of Vit D.

  11. Until a couple of years ago the only Vit D I had was from natural souces like food and sunlight, but as l am now 87 l have recently been taking Vit D tablets at a third of the recommended dose. I have reason to believe that my immune system was robust even before l took tablets, though these days my exposure to sunlight is minimal. My bones are also strong, perhaps because l have a good diet and a healthy life style. Would there be any advantage in taking the full recommended dose? I seem to be immune to covid, so l never take any anti-covid.precautions.

  12. Is there an experience database somewhere? In Norwegian, white skin, wright 92kg, and Iwe eaten 160mg or mcg (i mean micrograms!) or 6400 IE every day until Iwe reached 240 capsules totally. I went to the doctor to get my blood checked, and its exactly 100. I thought it would be a bit higher, and the range was between 50 to 150.

What I do not like, is the "unsertanties" noted with a * in the notes, that says that the "lower" limit should be a bit higher, maybe 75.

Another thing I do not like, is a video from Dr. John Campbell that refeers to a 250 as a maximum?

This is inconsistent, and Im an autist, and somthing is not correct.

Is 150 or 250 the max level?

I want to get my level up to maximum! And thats not, sorry to say it, because of me, but there is a lot of sick people around me.

And I would like to get the details Right!

  13. I had no idea that Vitamin D is a hormone. Are there others? I know L-Arginine is a hormone ( growth hormone)and have been advised to not take it if you have Melanoma or it will cause it to grow. How is this different from the hormone Vitamin D ?
You are such a Blessing and hope you connect with Kennedy to get the USA straightened out

  14. I have been sick a lot.
Been to 10 GPs and a handful of specialists.
I noticed last year that none of them prescribed me vitamins. Only pharmaceuticals.
I started taking vitamins and I feel great.
Stopped all medications for 4 months now.
    Wow.

  15. Thank god I didn't listen to my doctor. It's easy to go to the private labs to get tested in my country.
I'm currently taking 50000iu every 3 days and sometimes after every 2 days along with K2 Mk7, zinc, and magnesium glycinate. I use flaxseed powder for omega 3. Orange/lemon or Amla for vitamin C.

I developed a lot of severe problems because of my previous job and after keeping control of everything I eat including multivitamins and food I'm finally feeling healthy again.
