  1. Probably about 1980 as I used to like the old video recorders. I've only got a keypad phone that I've had for about 10 years, I can't even use a smartphone, my kids think I'm a neanderthal, lol. I agree with what you said about the Amish, Tim, they've got some sense, haven't they? There looks like some orbs floating round in your car. 6.37.

  2. The main issue is how we have all allowed spy-tech into our homes over the past 20 years. Watch the movie The Lives of Others which is about the Stasi regime in East Germany. The Stasi would've have loved the idea of the citizens all having such tech in our homes – it would've been a dream come true for them. The DVD version of the movie has a show-reel of the spy-technology that was used during that period.

Also, read the novel Stasiland by Anna Funder to gain a further insight into how these technocrats controlled the East-German society.

It is time to get them out of our homes (and minds).

  3. The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion refers to us as being below cattle, is it any surprise then that they plan to lock us in to pens?
I like the scene in the park in the 2014 film One By One which is essential viewing if you haven't seen it.

  4. I could easily go back to my old Nokia phone , still need my laptop for work and watching You tube etc and an MP3 player to listen to downloaded podcasts ( from my laptop) , God bless

  5. I would gladly go back to the 1990s and be without a mobile phone at all, I leave my phone in my drawer at home and only use it when I want to make a call much to the annoyance of my daughter who moans at me all the time for not having the thing on all the while, I find it so intrusive to have it constantly buzzing and pinging the whole time !!!

  6. I dont need any of it, im 54 and have an allotment. If the grid goes down i woudn't notice until i went to put the kettle on and then i'd go and light the wood burner and put on a pan😊. Physical exercise is really good for mental health. I know how to survive in the woods with a knife, para cord and clear fishing line, its not hard if you know where to set a snare, clean water, make a safe fire and create.a shelter. I cheat, I use an air rifle. The beach fishing near me aint bad and if all you had was a line, pole, wait and some bait ( road kill ) you will have Whiting for the pot. I have an allotment, beach, river and woodland within walking distance of my town house, I would love for the electric to be gone tomorrow.

  7. I can remember the first TV we had when I was a child. Black and white and it just had the BBC😄 We didn't have a house phone let alone a mobile. I could happily do without technology. Maybe go back to 2000 and just have one of the old Nokia phones. That's all you need really. Smartphones are just tracking devices that are constantly pinging to get your attention. Best wishes xx

  8. I remember a friend's house that had a hand held device that made a loud clicking noise in order to change channel although we never had one.
Clapping your hands did the same thing.
I was the remote control in our house and at my nan's.

    1981 for me!

  9. There are some who want to be consumed by it, take over their lives people actually think tech is evolution of humans but tech is evolution of tech

  10. Most of us have enough stuff but a lot of people want to change it every time something new comes out . Consumerism is a big problem. If it wasn't so rife we wouldn't have to rely on so much junk from China.

  11. If 80%of the population can't work, how long before they are removed as being useless eaters. All they would need to achieve this would be mandatory injections linked to your id and digital cash supply.

  12. The whole shenanigans is designed to grind us down, into submission. They’re throwing everything at us, goading us. They can take all their tech & do with it what they want. When they start with the holographic ufo’s & use their own warplanes to ‘shoot them down’ that’s when we know we’re in bother – n3w w0rld 0rder by stealth! Peaceful resistance is the way – Resist. Defy. Do not comply.

  13. Rember when people used to laugh at people talking on mobile phones, or get annoyed when they were talking 'too loud' on them etc ?
These days, you get looked at in disbelief, as though you're weird or there's something WRONG with you if you HAVEN'T got one.
Well, stick it up their clackers. Mine is old, only used for such as watching you and a few other channels, that's it. That's as much 'technology' as I can stand, or even want.
Only because we can use it as a double edged sword, to turn it back on the 'powers that aren't really'…
When it all comes crashing down, at least people like us will be able to communicate in the 'old fashioned way', like, opening our mouths and having a face to face REAL conversation. They're pushing it all for a reason and as far as Mankind is concerned, it AINT a GOOD reason.
Love Always Tim, Lorraine and Everybody. 💖💖

  14. Interesting talk Tim, I agree 100%. I use my laptop and the internet everyday and think it's great, but own no smartphones or devices….(for me I feel like I couldn't help using it in an 'addictive' way that would stifle my creativity, intuition and thought processes) so probably 2010? I've had the same Nokia since 2005. I have an ipad at work but mainly just use it as a camera. I don't own or watch tv, but I do watch things I specifically select on the internet.

  15. I can live quite happily without technology, I read, or make things, I don't watch TV, and I'm going to get rid of my smartphone and ditch the Internet, thanks Tim, for voicing what I feel.

  16. Another aspect to this is ordering a meal in a restaurant using a QR code which loomed when the insanity started. For me part of the dance of eating out is talking to the waiter/waitress and asking about certain dishes and also making special requests such as "salad instead of chips".
I find it helps to establish rapport with the server. For those who live alone these small daily conversations can be literally life saving. Same applies to using cashier checkout at supermarket instead of self check out.

  17. There's a scene in the film Deliverance where Burt Reynold's character says " the machines are gonna fail, then the system's gonna fail, then survival, who has the ability to survive". With so many of us almost totally dependent on technology I doubt very few of us will have the ability to survive when the system fails.

  18. I remember with nostalgia taking out a vinyl record from its sleeve, wiping it with a duster, placing it on the turntable, moving the arm over and carefully positioning the stylus onto the edge of the LP.
The next step involved fiddling about with the knobs, treble, bass and volume, until the sound was perfect, settling into the armchair and flicking through the booklet and reading the lyrics or examining the cover of the record.
Bliss 😊!! What an experience!! We exchanged that for turning on our phone. "Convenience will be our downfall" – Albert Einstein

  19. Evening Tim giving my age away abit I would quite happily go back to 50s and 60s also my parents would still be alive ,best foods with no additives corner shop ,beautiful blue skies ,not like today where you can play naughts and crosses with what's up there now ,no junk food fresh veg from the garden not halfway across the world ,I could go on for ever ,at least I still have all the memories ,xx

  20. There was a sweet spot where we had enough tech to get about & communicate freely and people still talked over the garden fence, kept eye out for neighbours if away etc etc.
This system now has been infiltrated by folks who are dedicated to enslaving us even further than we already are. They are well financed & they think they are entitled to do this – which is a test of our resolve. These people have no more right to do this as anyone else has to anyone else. Government has MASSIVELY overstepped their remit so ultimately we will have to stand up for ourselves and remove this what can only be described as EVIL ourselves – of course 'they' see these things as necessity! 😠

  21. I remember back in the early 80s we had a little black & white tele in the back room and one of those big brown ones in our front room, I'll always remember my dad walking round the room with the ariel trying to get a picture and the picture would always come back while he'd be in a really awkward position holding this ariel, we'd be like STAY THERE!! 🤣Good times🙂

  22. "Useless eaters" they call the people who can't work. But what about the Paracytic Class- they are the true useless eaters- they are the ones eating our money, resources, emotional wellbeing etc and with it destroying a prosperous society. There's nothing more useless than the paracytic class. A leech on the ass of humanity.

Anyways I'd probably have my cut off point in 2008 maybe.
