  1. Calories by definition and by measurement are heat energy. This energy is transported by electromagnetic waves (photons).

    Photons have zero rest mass, this means that they can not be bought to rest in any initial frame. Photons weigh nothing, have no spatial extent so they have no literal existence.

    In practical terms that means you can not consume calories. It is a physical impossibility.

  2. Do I need to use that tool to know my maintenance calories, or can I simply count the calories of the food I eat daily to know it, since I assume that my daily intake is already maintaining my current weight?

  3. Everyone also gain weight faster and some people get weight slower ….that's why some people that have fastter matabolisms and faster immune systems than oher people . Need to carb up more

  4. Will my strength go lower if I do only eating 300 kcal in per day and 120-160 Protein with Workout. bc if yes then I will never eat 300 kcal a day again because I don’t want to be weak but I wanna have the six pack.

This video helped me alot i eat cleaner food try to mix vegetables meat and fruit throughout the day walk workout and dont drink anything with calories and i feel great been intaking less than 2000 a day usualy i eat 1300 to 1500 a day only drink water ive been on it two weeks and although i dont see much of a change yet i definitely feel 1000 percent better and ive already slimmed up a little bit
