  1. What are your thoughts on going barefoot or wearing minimalist shoes? Do you already practice this, or is it something you might be interested in trying? Share your thoughts in the comments below! ⬇

  2. I've been walking frequently barefoot on concrete, rock, dirt, sand, grass and even on rocky soil and it truly feels great to see the insane resilience of our body

  3. You’re fighting the good fight here my brother- thanks for helping to reverse the damage caused by what became the norm- and getting us to see the healthy way to get out of this mess! 🙏

  4. I noticed that the more I exercised the more weaknesses I found in my hands, feet and glutes and the more I worked on those things the more I fixed problems that we all commonly complain about like back problems and elbow and shoulder problems. Modern life just robs people of basic everyday strength and no amount of engineering progress can prevent the issues that come about because of the strength they replace.

  5. I love strength side! After chemotherapy at age 65 , I developed foot neuropathy and began the hunt for any comfortable shoes that didn’t make my pain sensation go crazy. More and more plush shoes gave me some relief but more and more fantom pain over time. Now at age 70, this video got me questioning what I’m doing to my feet. I started going barefoot around the house, yard, sidewalks and now even taking on our back gravel alley. Also do all the workouts described here. My toes have straightened, foot is wider and strong and almost all the fantom pain and tender footedness is gone after 2 months. I also wear minimalist water shoes now with toe socks if i even wear socks at all even on 5 mile mountain hikes. All this has been unavailable to me. Amazing! Hello feet!😂

  6. I found only 1 video that speaks about how to walk barefoot. But not anything else that speaks deep dives how to walk barefoot. I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for about 3 months. Can you recommend any sites that explains how to? Many videos speak about shoes, feet exercises but not implementation. ✌🏽

  7. People wear shoes at home ? Who needs to be told this …. I’m judging you lol I don’t even put shoes on to go in my yard it’s my yard their are no nails or glass or anything like at a park

  8. I've been wearing barefoot shoes for almost 2 year. I don't have that splay out of big toe as dramatically as this guy can, I only seem to splay out all the toes about equally apart. It seems like this guy has big toe control that he can just splay that one out without effecting other toes. I can only do up/down isolated big toe movement.

  9. I remember first trying to go barefoot in the park I take my daughter to. The playground surfaces have small holes so as not to puddle water. Just walking on those small holes sent pain shooting through my foot. Now I can run on the playground with my daughter barefoot, and even climb on the metal surfaces. Still working up to climbing a tree with bare feet, but I'll get there.

  10. Socks suck. Shoes suck. I hate all of it. I'm angry that my toes are distorted.
I'm planning on custom barefoot shoes for my kids, because I'm already seeing their toes growing incorrectly.
I'm so tired of the society leading us down the wrong road.

  11. Ever since I was a kid I have always walked around barefoot out side so my feet have naturally have a wider and more natural shape and it’s made my foot more durable to stepping on things but I do have to wear wide toe shoes 😭
