  1. Shooting random shots at the vehicle like that is crazy. The truck was not trying to hit them. It was trying to get away. That does not give cops a legit reason to fire off 17 shots. Anyone could have been struck by the bullets.

  2. What an udder failure of the justice system all around in this. From the officers not chasing, to the cop saying they will look for the vehicle all day, to the crappy prosecutor. FAIL.

  3. Lmao the way officer 2 use his bike, the over rev and drop his gear at high rpm is killing me 😂… I get it its not your bike its government bike, but calm down man that wont last long with the way how you use it

  4. So basically they did steal it the owner was just irresponsible. I have a 2000 frontier and the lock on the door is messed up so I just leave it unlocked. A person came and took my money out one night and the cop told me “it’s basically not breaking in if your door is unlocked” I couldn’t argue that 😂

  5. Gonna say… i'm not sure they should have shot at him. I didn't see much reason to shoot – that could have hurt bystanders. I mean i know cops these days shoot at vehicles when they feel like they are using the vehicle as a weapon and ok maybe one cop did but 17 shots feels sketchy. i dunno. i feel like cops like to use this one a little too much these days.

  6. This is why I can't stand this state. The officers do their job to keep the public safe, and the officers are investigated longer than the criminals. This is routine catch and release practices for New Mexico, and it shows why our state continues to spiral. Thank you to all the LEOs who serve with integrity and try to keep us safe.
