It hurts more my feet bones on the ground when I rotate than the actual exercise jsjsjjs
If I cant even do this does anyone have a regressed version? or should I use my arms to keep balance? just feel like it's so bad I cant even do this properly lol

Us South Asians have strong Hips because when we were child we used to sit in the toilet in a Deep squat position while pooping peeing and holding it for like 20 minutes
