6:08 He says 90’ knee but tilting his foot towards his butt which is incorrect. That’s why it’s better watch more ppl doing it so you know what you are stretching.

This is becoming my go-to hip opening, glute activation routine before my lower body workouts. It hits on all the areas I need to mobilize and wake up to properly engage my glutes and legs. And I'll never grow tired of the view 😊 ❤

This has become one of my favourite flows to do daily. As a mum of 2 yo twins and a new born baby im always sitting feeding which has really caused my hips to tighten but this has saved me!!!
