  1. Another brilliant video with how to execute each exercise , how to correct your bad form so that you can improve your back generally. Bravo….simple explanations based on his own experiences…gone to soon😢

  2. Jay has become super inspirational for me not just for what he did in bodybuilding but his approach to life. He’s always asking questions and trying to learn even if he’s talking with someone fairly new to training etc . That’s the way to live , he’s become my favorite

  3. This is a great video regarding the differences between training. When talking about trying new exercises to see how it works, others, like Dorian Yates, for example, say he uses the same exercises because the muscle doesn't know the difference, it only knows it's been fatigued. But it's nice to change things up occasionally to make it interesting. But always really enjoy the advice these athletes give us.

  4. 9:32 ( This form is okay to do when you have full control of the movements. However, in doing so, you're adding additional pressure into the elbow joints, which will hinder your reps.) Do what jay and mountainDog were doing ( keep the momentum of your reps mid range.) Remember you want to impact the chest, without engaging the delts.

  5. Glad to finally watch this video, RIP John – you are still educating and inspiring so many and it is such a shame we never got more collabs with Jay, can really see how much respect you have for him

  6. This is the most chill workout video considering the featured dude is a legend. If he wasn’t a beast physically you’d never know the caliber of athlete.
