Carl, you're still my favourite British fighter, but please stop it, mate. Teofimo Lopez was never an undisputed champion holding the WBC franchise belt while Devin Haney was the legit WBC super champion. When Teofimo Lopez was beaten by George Kamboso, Devin Haney fought Kamboso and became the undisputed champion, as he already held the WBC super title, not the franchise belt. I never thought the fight would be that easy for Stevenson, I knew Stevenson would win but not in that fashion, where Teo would publicly apologise for his racist bigotry towards black fighters and slavery 😂 I think if Teo sticks to fighting mediocre flat-footed fighters like Josh Taylor, he'll be fine but Teo fighting the likes of Hitchinson, Keyshawn Davis and Subriel Matias will end his career

I'll be interested to see how Stevenson deals with Benn's aggresiveness and athletic ability. I think Stevenson maybe a little too much for Benn, as Terence Crawford was for Canelo. But hey, everyone deserves their chance. No one gave Lloyd Honeyghan a hope against Don Curry, or Nigel Benn a hope against mcClellan or Iran Barkley.
Connor Benn is more than your average fighter. Hes had his father's shadow to deal with and all the struggles with that. With his heart and confidence, we'll see if he's world level.
