  2. Surely an amplitude greater than the thickness of the torso will produce drag? Additionally, kicking only produce about 2% propulsion …. would it ot be more efficient to use kicking just to keep you horizontal?

  3. Those are Very Good for us to know how to make our kicking The Right Way while swimming since it's better for us to do that to allow us swim much faster than we ever did before

  4. В России в принципе не считают почему-то объяснять или учить держаться вертикально, кроме "один из способов, как держаться на воде". Впрочем, здесь я тоже ожидал, что узнаю больше, но спасибо хоть за голени.)
