  1. If, you've ever been to other countries. In some, traffic laws don't exist. In some countries, the cops only stop you, for monetary gain, even if you've done nothing wrong. Not, many penalties for attempted murder, on law enforcement. This, is why, you have to vet, who comes into your country.

  2. Bad idea for both officers to brandish tazers given their unreliability. If the suspect would have had a slightly longer blade and a bit more precision/presence of mind to aim for the groin that officer would have likely been dead.
