9:31 I think the alarm is more jarring then the weights.
7:28 these charges are typical contempt of cop. Basically they couldn't legally ask for the ID but then use not IDing as a means to escalate causing them to cause actual crimes.
6:23 so this is iffy. First the noise complaint. There are specific messurments that have to be taken for it to be enforced and cannot just be eh sounds loud enough. If they were gym goers and he did own the gym legally that would be like going into someones house and then complaining their tv is too loud; legally irrelevant but then you got the cops coming into private property where their authority is a bit iffy. It could go either way imo but not lawyer just interesting bit of devils advocate. Next is if they did not have authority to enter after the owner essentially tress passed them also might not have had to legally show is ID undrr the 4th amendment which requires in some places being fullt arrested before requiring a person to ID themselves. So the cop saying all this over not IDing can be an issue.
