  1. The body is incredible.

There was a period in my late 20s when I was quite literally working Mandatory OT 6-7 Days 12 Hours+ a day in a Warehouse throwing freight all day with timed Breaks and Lunch on a Punch Card Machine.. for a total of 72-80 Hours a Week only getting 4-6 Hours a Sleep a night and still going to the Gym each day for 2 Hours and I got into insane shape, 220 Pounds of Muscle with a 8 Pack out with a less than 30inch waist at 5'9. Now granted eventually my Body couldn't keep up and I had to change jobs BUT my body endured it for roughly 18 Months straight when finally I hit a state of true Over Training and my Nervous System started to shut down on me.

Point is unless your situation is about as severe as what I described above, your not pushing yourself too hard.. your making excuses. There some stipulations to this statement based on a age and genetic conditions but for a average healthy person chances are, your just being slothful.

  2. New viewer so I don't know this, but you've never had a sleep study done and use a CPAP/BPAP? Been using one for a few decades and saved my life. Even though I would say I'm still not a solid sleeper, but much better than without it.

  3. It’s a bigger problem for me to skip a day. I am retired and I have plenty of time for workout. I am skipping 1 or 2 days week because I have too and it’s better for the mussels growth. Am I alright with this ? Ps I am almost 72 and a fan of your posting ( From Quebec Canada, hope my written English is not that bad! )

  4. Sir u r great teacher n observer….u pointed out all my dirty excuses…n bcz of u n other good guys like u …i have lost 15 kgs of fat in 3 months 22 days… still need to go foe 7 kgs more beofre diwali😊😊😊😊u r my motivator

  5. I've missed my gym time for one of two reasons: 1) really sick with a cold or virus (not many times over the years); 2) lack of sleep (happened this week, 2 1/2 hours, was dizzy and light headed by the time it came to my normal work out time).
