I have a question po. When doing arm workout, does it need to sweat i mean the target muscle to really know it is effective? Or feeling the burn is just enough to see that the workout is going to be effective..with regularly work outing po.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd very kindly like to bring it to your notice, that this is not going to work.
I'd like to point out the reasons as to why I said that-
• she's using a simple trick where she presses her arms against torso in "before" picture and letting it loose in "after" picture.
• spot reducing fat isn't possible, you can lose overall body fat, not possible to target just "arms".
• even if she did lose the fat, it should be attributed to the diet and not the workouts. Because excess calories are stored as fat, which are retrieved for use when calorie intake is insufficient.
