Congratulations would love to be a part of your FIT community I am 52 currently in perimenopause not having fun but I have also prolapse so I wonder if there are exercises that I can do unfortunately right now I am not allowed to do anything that bears down which includes squats Hopefully once I take some of the weight off (goal to loose 25 lbs)it will relieve the pressure but I have to get to that point of beginning thank you again
