  1. I have a challenge for you guys. Count how many sit ups you can do right now. Subtract 0-3 from that number. Do the amount of sit ups that you got from subtracting for the next week. After the week is over, add one sit up every other day or every two days. Set an end goal for yourselves for the amount of sit ups you want to reach. I don’t expect you to keep going on and on forever. If there are days that you are struggling to add an extra, that is okay. Don’t get discouraged. Keep going. You don’t have to do this with just sit ups, you could do this challenge with any exercise you want to do. Comment your progress down below. This is an good way to start working out without a whole workout routine. Good luck!!!
