Police were called to a Circle K gas station due to a physical altercation between a customer and a employee. When they talked to both parties they heard conflicting stories, but the video evidence cleared helped determine who was telling the truth.

This guys credibility is tenuous at best, but as soon as he said "white racist town" he lost it ALL. These cards expired years ago.
The employee was wild! He went from 0 to 100 without even considering he was wrong. The manager said the employee had had multiple complaints about his behavior towards customers. She also said the price was wrong. I believe the $15 was just from the lottery ticket earnings. She had given him the $15 and not sold him the rest of his merchandise. So, the $50 was incorrect due to the employee or the machine. I think likely the employee.
They also let him yell way too long. Of course the customer got sick of it and mad all over again after listening to the CONSTANT YELLING from the completely unhinged employee. I think the cops should’ve put him in the car much sooner. Then to make things worse, he called his wild sister to come down there, for what?
Just zero thinking and accountability. There’s no way he has a college degree 😂. He put zero thought into the situation and to threw racism into it when race had zero to do with the situation. Sure it probably added to his own frustrations, but you can’t take that out on people, especially at your work place. A town full of white people might make one feel like they’re targeted. But, this situation was clearly his fault. No one will let someone charge after them with a tire iron without consequences.
When did people stop using common courtesy? When you work in customer service, you have to take it and keep your mouth shut if you want to keep your job. At least wait until the customer leaves then talk crazy! 😂

The other guy said nothing racist, didn't seem to do anything racist, and didn't seem to treat him differently for being coloured. now i am not saying the neighborhood isn't racist or they don't suffer this sort of thing, but in this very incident, nothing racist happened toward them. They are in the wrong.
When he swung on you – you chose to use a weapon. (the plastic case) this is an aggrevated charge. If you just punched him back – it would be 'self defense' as you claim – but you chose to escalate things and use a weapon.
