this is so frustrating. eve3rytime i go into the low lunge my kne starts hurting and io cant stay balanced. Then when she slowly tells us to go into a split i still cant even balance myself when i try to straighten my back. I dont know what i am doing wrong
Day one: left leg-25cm

Hello. I have started doing yoga in my garden but there's a lot of rocks and I can't afford to buy fake grass or something like that . Where did you buy your yoga mat?? I could really do with one like that because the surface under rocks is uneven and the mat could help me a lot.
6 years later , i tried this workout in order to finaly have my split and DAMN!!! it's hard but it work really well AND really fast. thank you !

Screaming crying throwing up punching the air
