  3. I've been alternating weekly this workout and animal flow groundwork along with push/ pull/ legs for about 3 months now. This is tough as hell, but seeing steady incremental gains as i repeat it! Thanks!

  4. I'm dying from the workout but will get through this!
    Need to add 5 second or so transition between exercises. Not able to instantly transition to another exercise and end up having to rewind everytime to get full 30 seconds.
