    Little break
    10.Plank squat
    11.Up and down plank
    12.Bicycle crunch
    13.Plank with leg raise
    14.Walking plank
    Repeat it for 3 time

  4. 2025 here! I used to do Chloe's workouts before I had my baby but now, 16 months PP, I need to get back into it. I'm disabled so I do all low impact but you still see results especially when you push yourself. Let's get it.
    Currently 195lbs March 3rd, 2025.

    I'll come back on April 27th, 2025 when I'm done with her 2018 56 day Summer Shred Challenge.
