    1. Can we follow size gain or definition workouts together ?
    2. Should we train different muscles on the same day of size gain workout Or we train one size gain muscle or one definition muscle workout ?
    3. Which one is effective to train single muscle a day or different muscles in combination of size gain- size gain or size gain – muscle definition ?
    4. Should diet vary according to plan or not ?
    5. Should I train one day size gain or other day muscle definition if I want to loose fat or muscle gain ?

  2. hello sir how r u i vikas from delhii my weight is around 104 kilo gram. In my daily routien i do cardio(Running) 1 km in morning or evening and 20 mnts exerceise. now i want use the fat burner / Calcium tablets/ whey protein etc please guide me is it rite to use or not. thnkyou

  3. Sir, I am 19 years old. Actually i wanted a help sir that there is little dip between my lower chest i researched about this on internet i doubt that my case is harrison's sulcus.I am not facing any problem regarding this issue on my health till now but i started gymming and sir i am afraid that if in future my body will transform into ripped one my chest is gonna look ugly or something abnormal. Sir please help me out of this what should i do. Please, Please sir i really need your help.
