❤😂love it 😂👏🏻
I think that is a deformity in the spine and the fat around there makes it look like a hump. A few in our family have that and you cannot just straighten it out, but I think I would be great. I love all your videos. You’re so funny, young man!
thanks, that hump has been bothering me for a long time .
He's joking us, I don't see "any" thumbs down, or I was going to comment on their comment. Who "would"????
Should these exercises be performed with a mending rotator cuff "minor" tear?
why is the text over the full screen and not just on the bottom? this is really hard to follow the instructions
Can you please make video on spider vain in legs !
I love the janky translation with the random outbreaks/breakdowns by the narrator.

Wonderful!!! #draleksee you make getting strong fun! Thank you! 😊
Thank you Doctor!!
I have watched several of your videos. Your skill level and sharing your information has helped me and several ways. I don't care for traditional doctors for they know nothing of nutrition and human physiology. But you sir have a very special skill set and I appreciate you putting it out there for all of us to learn from. People who give you a thumbs down are just uninformed and not able to learn something new or see the value in it. My grandfather used to call them stupid people. So you should ignore them.
All holidays are not allowed? That made me sad. I know your words are translated from your language into English but I’ve never heard what country you live in. Would you be allowed to introduce yourself? I love you and your videos.
i had an abscess on my mid spine area and a rod was placed from my mid thorax area to my mid lumbar area to stabilize my vertebra from the damage done by the abscess. Since the surgery I am unable to hold my upper body upright when walking. I can feel my abdominal muscles firing but my belly becomes a rock hard ball as though a spasm that is very uncomfortable and it pushes up on my diaphragm making me short of breath as my torso bends at the waist until I’m at a 90 degree angle. It has been a year since the emergency surgery and PT hasn’t helped at all. I cannot hold my torso up when WALKING. Can you help me? Please? My name is Marcie Myers. I live in the state of South Carolina in the USA and you are my friend as I am yours. Peace be to all. MM

We appreciate you Doctor 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
Why aren’t we able to hear what you’re saying through the video vs this voice over?
I feel my posture has change for better and the weight of my body feel lighter as not need to hold much. You just feel lighter. That is how I feel. Try it, it is not super easy. I guess other practices doesn't build up muscle for your body support which is more important. When you have done this, you'll know.
