Ok let's be honest, if I'm looking to start stretching and learn how to become flexible, why would I start here? This is ridiculous. They have no beginner stretch videos. Just extreme, over the top stretches. Where are all the normal people? I want to see regular people who are close to where I'm at, not "try these stretches for whatever tightness you have!" Then continue to do stretches no normal person could start out doing.
