It's sad that in this country we have to be afraid of first responders and what they can do it's bad enough we have to deal with tyranny from corrupt cops but we can't even trust the firefighters and EMTs that are supposed to save lives
I'm an ex-firefighter and it's normal (somewhat) to know of colleagues who were charged at some point during their careers with arson. The job attracts clandestine arsonist and people who seek thrills. Sadly, some of the thrill seekers end up lighting fires simply to get call outs and be the hero. Most of the blokes are outstanding people and would never do this shit. In my depot (around 25 blokes), 3 were charged with arson in my 10 years.
This looks like a plead for help. I hope he gets the help he needs.

I'm not surprised, though. There's always a lot of vandalism, fights, and I've actually almost gotten kidnapped a few times! Even the last time I was there all alone, there was this middle-aged man following me, calling out to me, and trying to lure me to him 🙁

My ex-husband was a firefighter. He also set fires. 2 counts arson 5 counts forest fire. Went to prison for only, ONLY 14 months. They said he had what's called "The fireman's disease." They set the fores to put them out and be the hero. Smh
