  1. Paul has a massive Chin … Can we get someone like Dubois, Joshua, Canelo, Sean Strickland ( please, please, please ) , Ngannou or, I don't even like him, but McGregor …. There's people I still haven't mentioned, cos that's a hard enuf pick from that list I just layed out

  2. this was a masterclass

but still, perry was an ideal lightweight in the ufc
he fought at welter cause hes a fat boyyyy
    what a mess

paul would be fighting at middleweight in the ufc

yeah i can beat up my sister too

  3. Gotta respect Jake for staying disciplined with his training. Because i saw a big difference in his technique and mixing up his punches is what got him that tko. Im surprised he's still improving every time he fights.

Jake paul is rich he doesnt need to fight to make a living. He's already a rich, successful guy. And he started training boxing really late in his life. Most professional boxers started training when they were kids, jake started training inhis twenties.

Most professional fighters lose focus, hunger, and discipline after they get rich and successful from fighting. Look at conor McGregor he was the most driven, disciplined fighter when he went on his historic run in the ufc, but after all his success and money, i believe he has lost the ability to discipline himself to keep training and improving and learning. So i have respect for jake paul for having so much self control, and discipline to continue improving in a very tough and dangerous sport.

  4. People tend to forget boxing is completely different skill set. Most mma fighters don’t really rely on punching technique, guarding as most don’t box, they wrestle. Even ground and and is mostly to wound the opponent, you have to be strategic as you can wear your stamina. Punching really does take a lot out of you. Paul hate him or love has trained like a pro boxer and has the time to do it as he’s well off he doesn’t need to work much. He has passive income and can literally train like a true athlete that’s so much different than an amateur fighting the ranks working night shifts, school, raising a family like some amateur boxers that go pro. I’ll be honest don’t be shocked to see Paul be one of the greatest of all time.

  5. 2:27 “There’s a new king of violence and his name is Jake Paul” ??? 🤨
    In what world??😂😂
Last time I checked someone else was in that seat (well 2 ppl) and their names are Canelo Alvarez + Terrence Crawford.
And if you disagree you don’t know anything about boxing and chances are you’re new to this sport I’ve loved since I was 6yo.

Jake doesn’t fight real boxers. Ppl love to say “every legendary boxer we know of started their careers off by fighting bums and guys they no they can ko in one round so what’s the big deal with Jake Paul doing the exact same thing.”
Yet it’s not the exact thing, and the difference is fighters like Floyd, Oscar, Cotto, Mosley were all fighting real boxers regardless if they were C level fighters, but fact still remains they were real boxer with experience no matter how awful they were.
If Jake was doing what those greats did by fighting C level boxers or washed up champions id prolly respect him more as a fighter. The fact that he’s fighting old washed up UFC fighters that can’t box a lick is total disrespect to real legendary championship fighters if you consider him “the king” of boxing.

  6. I'm no Jake Paul fan, in fact his cross over fights started my own love for boxing to wain. But let's give the guy some credit, Perry is a world class fighter in MMA and then onto bare knuckle. Outside of Tommy Fury, this is the best opponent he has faced and easily his best win

The one negative is, that Mike is smaller and BKFC requires different distance management to boxing. But Mike fought at 185, but fighters at that weight walk around in excess of 200lb. BK might have different requirements, but it's not like a wildly different sport

I'm actually going to give Jake his props here. He has clearly improved significantly since he first got in the ring nearly 5 years ago. 5 years was more than it took for Joshua to get to the top, it's not surprising. Jake threw some ferocious straights, hooks and uppercuts and to be fair, he looked decent here

He is definitely at a level where he could beat lower ranked boxers on the circuit now (yes, I said it!!).

One thing I agree with most of you thiugh, is that he needs to jump in with some mid level boxers. He will likely lose. He may surprise us and win. But if he wants the average fan to get behind him, if he could show willing there, it'd get people off his back for the cross over fights

If he fights any more MMA fighters in boxing, it needs to be guys his size now. The biggest LHWs or HWs. Maybe I'm wishing for his death, but he has better fundamentals than Ngannou. Throw him in with the big man or someone like Lewis or Tai
