If you get asked to do SFST’s by police, they’ve already decided that you’re going to jail lol… I’ve never ever EVER seen an instance in real life or on thousands of these video, where someone got to get in their vehicle and drive away with no charges. The whole reason you’re doing the Tests in the first place is that they already think your drunk, the tests only nail the coffin shut. 😂😂

It is true that it looks exactly the same when people are sober and doing those tests he actually did well and they don't usually change the bias the officer has from smelling the alcohol.
