If you go down just under the hill the ramp is at, there is a point where the manchez can literally just climb.
I mainly use this route as it is probably safer because you are fully covered behind a huge hill whilst going up rather than stuck in the air.

Nobody is doing this in 45 min unless you have done it 10 times already then you wouldn’t need the video. Watching the video and pausing at each step takes much longer than 45 min. Getting caught one time on the island sets you back 10-15 min
First time I did the Cayo I escape by swimming out of the island and I panic thinking I'll run out of air before I get their or I'd be turn to a bullet riddled dinner for Rubio's panther when the mission ends.

just pull out your phantom wedge, railgun, and opressor mk 2. my dude in heaven. if you have all of that, you shouldn't need a hand hold through cayo lol still good info but use some basic shit instead of 15 mil worth of gear and vehicles.
