I'm at the part where this chick is accusing this weirdo of stealing their money. She says they are ," friends," yet I get an immediate drug activity vibe from this. I would guess they sell coke, he is a customer who decided to impersonate police and pretend to execute a search warrant, then steal their cash and drugs.
