I got the last property and the pay was nowhere near what the property cost, please let us know that information. I know we can get the collectible finder upgrade with it, but not even worth it. This one you get more aircraft storage and all, looking for how much of a cash loss it is though.

If you want more Railgun ammo (1k per round) instead of buying it you can call Merryweather for an ammo drop and pay 1k for a full refill saving 19k. Just make sure you have the railgun equipped when you pick up the ammo drop.
