    no way am i taking 2g 500mg or
    3g 750 mg caffeine. per lb body weight. terrible advice.
    sleep quality is more essential just because a group of rugby players with no sleep responded good againt group with sleep. doesnt replace sleep.
    sleep=repair/growth etc.

    A high published Doctor and specialist in people (men) over 40+ recommends the following;

    Ubiquinol 100mg for healthy heart.
    Omega or Artic Krill Oil 2000mg for blood lipids and cholesterol
    D3 + K2 (10,000 IU) not 5,000 IU of D3 alone you need K2
    to help to support bone health
    as we get older.
    Not just any Magnesium but
    Magnesium Bisglycinate or Glycinate 665mg.

    Caffeine is not for everyone it can interfere with your medication.

    Creatine has not proven to be a great supplement but now the newest research suggests those 185 lbs and under 5g daily those over 185 lbs can take 5-10-15 mg a daily is not only helping muscle growth but cognitive benefits!

    My personal addition is DHEA for men as they age. It’s been a huge help. You can buy it in 25-50 & 100 mg capsules.

  4. Always consult your physician before taking any supplements. A lot of research recently has come out that a lot of the supplements being used by bodybuilders and athletes damages the liver and other organs.

  5. Note on the vitamin d3 if you have melanted skin 5k iu may not be enough. I'd go with 10k daily but definitely get your levels checked too much vitamin d will give side effects
