  1. Tyson was completely washed by the time he fought Holyfield (Holyfield wasn't at his best anymore either). Tyson not only was fresh out of a prison term, he also was with a far inferior boxing team. He wasn't near the fighter he had been even in the Douglas fight. This Tyson is slower, sloppier, less confident, easier to hit. He's lost some of the boxing intelligence he had in his prime as well.

  2. I remember watching this fight as a kid and just thinking Mike was a street brawler and not a fighter . Such a shame it's only as an adult ,I fully appreciate the fighter he is in the ring .

  3. Tyson landed a very clear headbutt at 7:16.

But he accused Holyfield of throwing the headbutt.

Tyson fans who don't understand what a headbutt is also accuse Holyfield of throwing the headbutt.

  4. This MORON Czyz kept talking as though Holyfield had no chance and couldn't grasp that once Tyson didn't get him early that it was Evanders fight. This was a beat down of the ages!! Tyson has no heart. Buster Douglas beat him to a pulp in Japan, and after this Lennox Lewis mauled him in a one sided affair!

  5. Trinh Su phu like this game even though only poor employee. Really Holyfield he used to keep Mike when Mike punches. Could Holyfield watch all of boxing games if Mike then proceed to find other way to kick off Mike proud. Mike could knew should bite his ear

  7. Tyson was similar to Sonny Liston. A bully — knock machine on inferior opponents who folded when when tested by a worthy opponent.Buster Douglas was journeyman having a good night and Tyson folded at age 23. You can blame it on his trainers, but peaking that young is on the individual. Foreman was another young bully who folded when truly tested, but he later showed resiliency. Foreman gave Holyfield a better fight in his mid forties than Tyson at 29. In thier prime I think Foreman KO's Tyson, Ali Ko's Tyson (later rounds). I can't put Tyson on a short list of great heavyweights.
