  1. This is the very first time to see you guys unable to do the standing forward fold with straight legs, or cow face with legs not able to touch the floor 😱 let's improve our flexibility more 💪💪

    It is interesting to me that Louis is (in my opinion) more fit but less flexible and Ryo is more flexible but not as yoked. I am more like Ryo – swimmer and tennis player.
