  1. I workout in morning eat breakfast around 1030 11 then lunch about 130 2 then maybe a lighy snack and supper between 5 and 6 and a snack at 8ish ..should i take a snack out i tend to get hungry and cravings after supper almost ever night

  2. yikes, the calculator said I should be eating about 1400 calories to lose weight. I eat between 950-1100 currently per day so I'm scared ill gain if i go higher 🙁

  3. This is such great information! You can exercise all you want but if you aren't eating properly it isn't going to make a difference. Me and my girlfriend have been intermittent fasting for a while now after hearing you recommend it in other videos and it's drastically improved our weight loss and just generally feeling better overall throughout the day. Your calorie calculator has been a big help too, thanks for making it freely available.
