  1. Dude your workouts are awesome, I do them 4 times a week. My partner & I both notice differences in me, I can lift them easily normally but now that I've been doing your workouts, lifting my pookie feels like lifting a box of cereal. Thank you!!!

  2. I wanna work on my legs so bad! But I had surgery on them in 2015-2017. March of this year I got my plates taken out and ever since my knees feel weaker,more sore,I’m scared that I’ll her my legs more if I do day 4 or any day that has legs. If anyone has tips on how to straighten ur knees I’d much appreciate it 😔
