Fun fact using turn signal during pursuit actually does have the potential to lessen the charges. During a pursuit you get a new charge for each infraction, run a stoplight new charge, run a stopsign, charge. Failure to indicate charge. Using turn signals can in some circumstances entirely eliminate their ability to hit you with failure to indicate
I live in West Virginia and used to deliver pizza in snow storms in my Jeep. Loved it because nobody else was on the road and everyone tipped super well.
I was so pissed even they started closing our store for bad weather.
The worst drivers are the truck that think the can drive in the snow just because they have 4 wheel drive.
