  1. Then she starts talking about what is the law. How are imbeciles like this allowed to drive? Imagine being a police officer and having to interact with nutjobs like this.

  2. Officers should place wheel locks and wheel blocks under each wheel and ask for the keys of the car just to keep the car from moving.
    USA police is too UNDERTRAINED to handle a situation.
