Previously unreleased video shows Minnesota officers responding after a pickup truck was struck by an oncoming freight train. Officers arrived to find the truck mangled by the train and the driver, 41-year-old John Hart, acting confused and evasive. Inside the pickup, officers found multiple narcotics in plain view and awkward field sobriety tests quickly confirm Hart was impaired, leading to his arrest on multiple charges.
