He wants the dog at the pound so he can go get it ,once a dog bites and draws blood it put down, he can't get it back it needs to be tested for rabies and it's not alive for that to be done ! Be better dog parents and train your animals, because this is very sad !
In my world i would have killed the dog right there on the spot. If needed i would have whipped loud mouths ass shortly thereafter if needed. But that likely wouldn't have been necessary because animal lovers are weak charactered people with little integrity . ( A good strong man would have killed his on dog after he bit someone, although a person of good character wouldn't have or allow a dog to be able to bite someone. We actually consider other people more important than an animal. )They prove it by pushing their animals on people in public places that serve and sell food. Nasty inconsiderate people. Ive corrected more than a few in my life.My dad raised me right.
Where I'm from, if a dog bites someone, it gets one in the head then & there. No one wants to do it, but the faster you get it over the easier its going to be. When biters get second chances, it usually doesn't workout.
