    I used to watch Jeff too, then someone showed me RP, never made more gains, never looked back on AX.

    It is crystal clear than Jeff IS NOT science based like he claims, he is a PT with a lot of subscribers. Idk why his stans needs to suck his dick 24/7.
    Didnt Jeff use fake weights too in one of his vids? Embarrasing

  2. Honestly, the rabbit hole of scams never ends with athleanx. Just recently found out that he resells his dumbbell Bloxes for an 800% markup from the original value. Also I cannot believe that YT lets him recycle videos for the zillionth time, which he still does to this day. Does he really think that his audience are all morons? Been going to the gym for around a year after calisthenics and now I realise that the fake weights were just absurdly and comically obvious.

  3. this video would've made sense if athleanx was breathing out while descending, or breathing out all air before descending. but he does neither of what the next 2 clips are addressing. you can see athleanx exhaling the air he held in for each rep because he's "expelling air" but he's doing it internally to create pressure. that's the entire point he's making to emphasize the difference it makes in terms of stability. idk if athleanx killed your family but u really did him dirty here

  5. hmm maybe not everyone will agree on this one thing…but Jeff C. has given tons and tons of good advice, he seems to know his stuff. I certainly have benefited from a lot of tips, especially having shoulder problems, and having found good advice here. Except from this one discrepacy from Mikes and Jeffs views, I mainly saw similarities in content, regarding exercises…this feels a bit like cherrypicking to me tbh 🙂

  6. Okay, hold up…Jeff never said something like Mike pointed "breath out while you go down" Jeff basically said to breath out and strengthen core before the rep, hold your breath and breath out while you go up.
