  2. I am appreciating you guys so much! You are a recent Super new discovery for me.
    Please when you make a video like this can you do each exercises both sides? Even if is not a follow along ( which I personally prefer ), it may be difficult to coordinate some exercise on the opposite side as long as I am not an expert, like in this video the one on the floor in which you stretch your shoulders in 2 different linked movements. Thanks from Italy 🇮🇹

  3. For me it is very difficult to raise my knees i feel tired in my legs…does this mean weakness?
    In the wall Quad i am not fully straight with my back/glutes/abs…stretching is good?
