Those videos „dont do this, do that” are helpful but this one is a joke…it should be named „dont do this and dont do that”. The form in upright row is bad in both barbell and dumbells. Dumbell row leaning on the bench is bad, but somehow standing up is OK when you clearly use bicep instead of lats & mid back !? I mean is this a serious instruction video!?

I need explanation on a couple of those. I dont see the difference in flies on the bench vs the floor. Why not do the skull crusher in favor of bring the bar pass the top of your head? Ah, maybe to keep the triceps engaged at full lockout. The flies I dont get tho.
I prefer the close grip barbell for my lateral delts. Those dumbell rows didn't look very effective , and looks more like a posterior delt row
